YBPKK系列为封闭式高压变频三相异步电动机，冷却方式IC666，防护等级IP54/IP55。是在吸收国外先进技术基础上，结合本公司高压电机设计制造经验而研发的优化系列,具有结构新、效率高、噪声低、振动小、力能指标高、重量轻、可靠性高、安装维护方便等优点。可以派生成：
YXKKP，冷却方式IC616，防护等级IP54/IP55;
YBPKS，冷却方式IC86W，防护等级IP54/IP55。
该系列电机机座号355~900mm，功率185~10000kW，额定电压为690V、 3kV、6kV、10kV，安装方式B3、V1，额定频率可定制。
该系列电机主要配套为轧机或橡胶机械，满足宽范围调速及过载需求。该系列电机定子采用外压装结构，针对变频器供电的特殊性，其定子绕组采用能耐冲击电压的绝缘结构。整个定子采用真空压力浸渍F级无溶剂漆(VPI)工艺处理，具有优良可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击能力。 转子采用铜排结构，制造工艺均能保证电机运行可靠。
根据电动机工况以及转速情况，电机轴承有滚动轴承或滑动轴承两种结构。考虑到变频电机谐波等影响，轴承结构上采用了绝缘措施，并增加接地电刷以消除轴电流的影响。采用滚动轴承结构的电动机，均有不停机加油、排油脂装置。
本系列电动机可用于驱动各种通用机械，如压缩机、鼓风机、水泵、破碎机、切削机床、运输机械及其他机械设备,在冶金、矿山、机械、石油、化工、电站等各种工矿企业中作原动机使用。

YBPKK series are mainly used in rolling mills or rubber machinery to meet the wide range of speed regulation and overload requirements. The stators of YBPKS series adopt external press-fit structure. For the special characteristics of inverter power supply, its stator winding adopts insulation structure that can withstand shock voltage. The stator treated with Vacuum Pressure Impregnated Class F Solvent Free Paint (VPI) process has excellent and reliable insulating properties as well as moisture and shock resistance. The rotor is constructed with copper rows and its manufacturing process ensures reliable motor operation.
Depending on the operating conditions of the motor and the speed of rotation, the bearings of the motor are divided into two structures: rolling bearings or plain bearings. Bearings are structurally insulated and grounded brushes are added to eliminate the effects of shaft currents. Motors with rolling bearing structure are equipped with non-stop oiling and grease draining devices.
YBPKK series are used as prime movers in metallurgy, mining, machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, power stations and other industrial and mining enterprises to drive various general machinery, such as compressors, blowers, pumps, crushers, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other mechanical equipment.
